POSTURAL RE-EDUCATION

Postural re-education in static and movement is key to preventing arthritic processes and correcting scoliosis and kyphosis in growing young people, using Schroth, RPG, and Pilates techniques, promoting healthy and balanced posture.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

CST is a manual technique based on the perception and adjustment of the rhythmic movements of the craniosacral system, which is found in the skull, spine, and sacrum. The therapist uses their hands to assess and correct restrictions in the fascial tissue and bones of the skull, spine, and sacrum.

OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is a type of alternative medicine that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system. It uses manual techniques to manipulate and treat connective, muscular, and bone tissues, with the aim of restoring and maintaining the body’s balance.

ACUPUNCTURE
